Notice of Change of Contracting Entity
Effective 21 October 2026, the entity that signs and performs your booking for Lynx Travel tours has changed from Zhangjiajie Yixing International Travel Agency Co., Ltd. (张家界宜行国际旅行社有限公司) to Zhangjiajie Zhongteng International Travel Agency Co., Ltd. (张家界众腾国际旅行社有限责任公司).
Both companies are licensed travel agencies in Hunan Province, China. This change does not affect any booking you have already made with us.

Why this change was made
To optimise resource allocation, consolidate our supplier network and raise the quality of our on-the-ground service, the shareholder has decided to change the contracting and performing entity for Lynx Travel business.

www.zhangjiajietravelchina.com — access is normal and is not affected by this change. This notice is published here, on our official international site.
onitrip.com (our Chinese-language site) — will be temporarily unavailable while its ICP filing (China website registration) is transferred to the new entity. The restoration date depends on approval by the filing authority; we will announce the new filing number once it is issued.
What happens next
Bookings already confirmed and currently in execution are unaffected. Itineraries and settlement terms stay exactly as agreed.
For any future change to the contracting party, invoicing details or payment accounts, we will notify you in writing, individually.
This notice is published simultaneously on our official website and WeChat account. The website version prevails.
