How to Pay — Safe & Simple
Licensed China travel operator since 2014 · 14 years of operating experience · 500,000+ travelers served
One of the first questions travelers ask us is: "Is it safe to pay a tour operator in China before I arrive?" It's a fair question — so this page explains exactly how payment works, what protection you have, and what happens after you pay. No surprises, no hidden fees.
Payment Methods We Accept
Credit / Debit Card
Most popular
Visa, Mastercard and American Express accepted through a secure online checkout. You receive an invoice and payment link by email — no card details are ever shared with us by phone or chat.
PayPal
Buyer protection
Prefer the comfort of PayPal's buyer protection? We can invoice you through PayPal. A small processing fee may apply and is shown before you confirm.
International Bank Transfer (Wire)
Best for larger group bookings. We send you our bank details with a formal confirmation letter. Transfers typically arrive within 1–3 business days — we confirm receipt the same day.
Alipay & WeChat Pay
If you're already in China or have an international Alipay/WeChat account, you can settle the balance locally with QR codes — the way locals pay.
Deposit & Payment Schedule
Step 1 — Free quote. Tell us your dates and interests on WhatsApp or email. We reply within 24 hours with a detailed itinerary and price.
Step 2 — Deposit to confirm. A deposit of 30% of the total secures your guides, drivers, hotels and tickets.
Step 3 — Balance before arrival. The remainder is due 15 days before your tour starts (or on arrival in cash/card for last-minute bookings).
Step 4 — Confirmation pack. After each payment you receive a written confirmation listing every service booked.
Why Paying Us Is Safe
Licensed operator: we operate under Chinese travel agency license L-HUN-303839, registered with the National Tourism Administration system.
Track record you can verify: arranging private tours across China since 2014 — 14 years of operating experience, with local crews in Zhangjiajie, Xi'an, Beijing, Tibet, Xinjiang, Chongqing and Guilin.
No full prepayment: you never pay 100% upfront for most itineraries — the balance structure above protects both sides.
Everything in writing: every itinerary, price and payment comes as a written confirmation. Nothing depends on verbal promises.
Clear cancellation terms: our cancellation policy states exactly what is refunded at every stage — read it before you pay.
Safety tip: we will never ask you to pay into a personal account or to a different company name than shown on your written confirmation. If anything looks different, message us on WhatsApp first.
What Happens After You Pay
Within 24 hours: written confirmation of every booked service (hotels, guides, transport, tickets).
2 weeks before arrival: your final itinerary with local contact numbers and pickup details.
On arrival: your private guide meets you with a name sign — no queues, no negotiating.
