Do I need a visa for China?

Most travelers need a Chinese tourist visa (L visa). We recommend applying at your local Chinese embassy at least 2 weeks before departure. Citizens of Singapore, Japan, and select European countries may qualify for visa-free transit — ask us for details.

How do I pay and book?

We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and WeChat Pay. A 20% deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due upon arrival. You can book directly via WhatsApp or email.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the tour date. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

Can you pick me up from my hotel?

Yes — hotel pick-up and drop-off are included for all tours. We cover all hotels in Zhangjiajie city center and Wulingyuan area. Airport and train station transfers are also available.

Are the tours suitable for children or elderly travelers?

Yes. All our tours are private and can be adjusted to match your group's pace. For elderly travelers or families with young children, we recommend the Forest Park and Grand Canyon routes. Tianmen Mountain has more stairs and walking.
