Review from a Spanish Couple

We are a couple from Spain, and we spent an amazing 4-day trip in Zhangjiajie with Yixing Travel. Before we came to China, we were a little worried about language, transportation, and planning the trip. But from the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized by the team at Yixing Travel.

Our driver was waiting for us on time at the station with a sign, very polite and helpful. The car was clean and comfortable, which made our trips between scenic areas very relaxing.

Our guide was friendly, patient, and spoke good English. He explained the history and stories of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Yuanjiajie, Tianmen Mountain, and Golden Whip Stream in a clear and interesting way. He took us to the most beautiful viewpoints, helped us take photos, and always made sure we were not tired and had enough time to enjoy the scenery.

We were deeply impressed by Zhangjiajie’s incredible mountains – they look like they are from a fantasy movie. The clouds, the tall peaks, and the clean nature made us feel peaceful and surprised every day.

The hotel arranged by Yixing Travel was clean, quiet, and in a convenient location. The whole itinerary was well-balanced – not too rushed, not too slow. We never felt stressed or lost.

For anyone traveling to Zhangjiajie from abroad, we highly recommend Yixing Travel. They are professional, reliable, thoughtful, and truly care about their guests. This trip became one of the best memories of our China journey.
